  • Type of service (religious, military, fraternal)
  • Which funeral home to use
  • Pallbearers, music, flowers, scripture or other readings
  • Charity to receive donations in lieu of flowers, if preferred
  • Cremation Options

Pay for:

  • Cemetery and memorialization services
  • Funeral arrangements, including clergy, florist and transportation
Documents:You will need information for pre-planning such as social security number, all vital statistic information including: parents name, occupation, level of education, etc.
